Ringkasan: This book is a collection of conceptual and empirical
study articles that discuss the role of leadership as a predictor
and criterion in solving a research problem. It contains a series of
chapters which discussions are largely focused on aspects of a
leader’s leadership style such as transformational and transactional
leadership styles. For example, the first chapter touched on the role
of these two leadership styles in influencing organizational justice
in which the element of trust in the leader was a mediating factor in
the relationship. The following chapters discuss other elements that
have potential as an impact on the influence of leadership styles such
as organizational commitment, job satisfaction, good governance,
integrity and innovation. Besides, there is also a chapter discussed on
how to predict charismatic leadership in the context of Islamic view.
