The Department of Student Affairs and Alumni (JHEPA) at UPNM serves as the coordinator for tuition financing facilities provided by government agencies and external bodies to support the financial needs of public students.

Internal Financing and Student Welfare Assistance

Student Dress Code Regulations

Male

Long-sleeved shirt with a tie, dark/black slacks, belt, black shoes, socks, and Student ID card.
Slippers/sandals are not allowed.

Female

Baju kurung, headscarf (for Muslim students), closed shoes, socks, and Student ID card.
Excessive jewelry is not permitted.
Slippers/sandals are not allowed.

Haircuts (Male Students)

Beards, mustaches, and goatees are not allowed.

University Safety Information and Guidelines

Campus Access Control

QR Code Usage: Used to record student entry and exit at campus gates and residential colleges.
UPNM Mobile Application: Mandatory to download for student registration and movement management.
Vehicle Pass: Only one valid registered vehicle is allowed to enter the campus area.
